Ask yourself the following questions to determine if the water infiltration is install related or product related:
Was your skylight or roof window recently installed?
Is it wet where the ceiling meets the tunnel?
Is the interior wood frame dry?
Is the drywall wet just below the skylight frame?
If you answered yes, to these questions, the problem is likely related to the installation. Please verify all steps within the installation instructions have been observed.
