Electrical defects "My electrically-operated window-opener or blind does not work"
If your electrically-operated window-opener or blind does not react when you press either the remote control or the keypad on the wall, it may be for various reasons. Here are a couple of things you can try to check yourself before you e.g. contact the VELUX Service Department.
- Find the control unit and check if it is charged.
- Check the battery in the remote control. Does the diode on the keypad flash when you press one of the keys? If not, there is a defect.
- Does it click in the control unit when you activate the keys on the remote control or the keypad?
